After two years of considering the LifeStyle Lift Procedure, I finally made a consulation visit in Birmingham, AL with Nancy Addison on February 6,2013. We hit it off immediately as she and I were both graduates from Auburn University and were both in the same sorority although I am eight years older than her. We felt a bond as sisters from the very start. I did not know exactly what I needed done to my face, so I let her make the decisions. She had had this procedure done herself, so she spoke to me from first hand experience. When she told me her 'real age', I was in total shock as she looked so young. She gave me the price of what she thought I needed done, explained that I would have to spend two nights in Atlanta,GA, two hours from my home. There were four doctors in the Atlanta Clinic, but I chose to use her doctor, Phillip Nakano, M.D. because she showed me pictures of her before her procedure and after. I felt confident in his work especially after reading his educational background. We did all the paper work, but I told her that I wanted to go home and discuss this with my husband before making a final decision. My husband agreeded that I could have this done, so I sent my deposit check in the next day.
My husband and I met with Dr. Nakano at 8pm on Friday, March 8 for a consultation. My proceduare was scheduled for 10am the next morning. I was not scared at all, just a little anxious. I was in his office for about four hours, doing paper work and then the actual procedure. At 2pm we were back at our motel. I must say, I really had no major pain except for the tingling sensation during the Lazer procedure on my face. We had to be back at the clinic at 10 am on Sunday morn for Dr. Nakano to 'check my face', then we were on our way back to Alabama. I had been given specific instruction on how to care for my face in a brochure and medication to take over the next week. I must tell you, I only took pain pills for two days and never did take the pills for nausea. The entire staff was so friendly and personable. We had to return to Atlanta one week later to have the stitches around my ears removed. It was after this that I was able to wear make-up. I highly recommend LifeStyle Lift to take years off your life, especially if you follow all their instructions.
I have had conversations with two different men who did not know me. I mentioned that my husband and I would celebrate our 47th anniversay in July. One man said, "I thought you were 47 years old"! The other guessed my age at 45. I never told them the truth! Now wouldn't that boost your ego, especially when I am 69 years old?
The biggest compliments I have received are from my husband, who seldom does not compliment me or anyone. But now, he tells me almost everyday how 'PRETTY' I look, and PRETTY is not a word he uses very often. In the 47 years of our marriage, he has never complimented me this much in a six weeks period. I considered this procedure because my sister looked so fabulous after hers. I went in for cosultation,staff was absolutely wonderful, explaining everything in depth. answered all questions. picked out the Dr. i would prefer, i picked according to experience in field and the ultimate was that she was from N.C.-where i am from.
Its been 18 months. and feel more wonderful that the day before.. this is the best thing i could have ever done for myself...the confidence level is phenomenal... i know i look great and certainly feel this best ever. I do encourage everyone who is remotely entertaining the thought of considering Lifestyle Lifts.. to go ahead and take the challenge you will never be anything but happy you did..the physical results will the an awesome more beautiful you, not to say anything about your mental status of yourself- you will totally be a NEW YOU, and NEW LIFE.. because you will see all things in a different light. The staff and Dr. Whitaker were the best of the best... she is a genius in her field.. i am just one proof of that. I would recommend her with everything in me that she is the miracle worker.. Shes Fabulous. and make you feel so confortable and calm.
I would say to all-No Pain, No Gain...you remember nothing about pain because the outcome overrides any thing negative. I encourage you to see my before and after picture....

My name is Patricia and I am 52 years old. I had gastric-bypass surgery in 2005. I lost 130 lbs., but I didn't think about all the extra skin that went with it. I had a tummy tuck and breast lift but I still had to look at the extra skin hanging on my face so even after going through all the pain of my gastric-bypass I still felt incomplete. Dr. Whitaker is my hero! She & her staff are fantastic! I really wish I would have had the procedure done much sooner. Everytime I looked in the mirror I hated the way my skin was sagging, didn't fit the way I feel or acted, now I feel whole again. Was surprised how fast I healed, less than two weeks bruises all gone & most of swelling. I didn't have procedure done to look young again-impossible-but had it done to look the best ever for my age. I feel that has been accomplished. Everyone tells me I look great & so rested, I didn't reveal my secret to most but am proud to have it done. My story is: I had skin hanging over my eyelids, my skin looked old and I had skin on my neck that made me look like a chicken. I'm only 55 and I looked 65. I had been to three plastic surgeons. Each one wanted to put me "under" and for an insane amount of money. For some reason, I was really opposed to that (going under and the money part.) Then I heard about Lifestyle Lift. Went on line and put in my information. They called me right away and I made an appointment for the Atlanta Center. I was so impressed the first time I walked in. The staff were SO friendly and accomodating! Tea, coffee, cookies. I had a consultation with Cindy, who is simply amazing. Then two of the doctors came in to talk to me about the procedures! Really, two doctors? Awesome! And they were so down to earth! So we got the financing done and made the appointment for the following Tuesday (which happened to be the day before July 4th.) I went in for the procedure. My procedure was three hours because I had my neck, eyes, skin laser and injections. They gave me a "cocktail." As I was sitting in the room for it to take effect, I thought, naw, I'm not feeling anything. So the next thing I remember is waking up and going back into the room I was in earlier. The whole procedure done! I went to the hotel (as I live 3 hours away) and stayed overnight. My appointment the next day (which was July 4) was quick and I was on my way home. I was out of work 3 days. I was back the following Monday. Down time is minimal. And I've gotten such good feedback from everyone! Oh, and I'm loving everytime I look into the mirror! I can actually wear eye shadow and mascara again!!!1

Really what can you say,words cannot express how you are treated before during and after. The day that I walked into Denice Marlow's office in Knoxville Tn. for my consultation I felt as I was special, the care in the way all was explained she really will put a person at ease about the procedure,If you are thinking about having this done the only thing to fear is fear itself.
