My experience at the Ft. Lauderdale office was exceptional. From the initial consultation, the day of the procedure and all follow up visits. The procedure was pain free and down time was limited to approximately one and a half weeks. The entire staff including Dr. Rodriguez, his assistants and the front office staff were very professional, informative and friendly. They all made me feel that they truly cared about my procedure and the outcome and Dr. Rodriguez addressed any concerns or questions I had in a caring manner. Dr Berger and the staff at the Fairfield office exceeded all my expectations. From the initial consultations, actual surgery, and follow-ups, they were all so helpful and encouraging. I had been worried that I would feel embarrassed or self conscious and instead they created such a positive and understanding environment. The experience was great, but most importantly, the outcome was incredible. I am totally tickled with my new youthful appearance and would do it again in a heartbeat. I was pretty swollen and sore for about ten days after the surgery, but really, what's ten days when you can take 10-15 years off your appearance. I went in for a haircut just three weeks after my surgery and my hairdresser could not believe the beautiful job Dr Berger did - he's been cutting hair for a long time, and seen a lot of women who have had facelifts, and he claims mine is the best he's ever seen. I was originally going to wait till I got older to have a lift, but then I thought about it and decided why wait. I am more than satisfied with my surgical experience. The recovery period was basically about four weeks long, after which my peers told me that they could no longer tell that I had had cosmetic surgery, just that I looked youthful and happy. The entire staff was very attentive and responsive to my needs. Dr. Berger took enough time to answer all of my questions and assure me that I need not worry about anything, so I didn't. The post-surgical procedures were clear and well-explained, and the aftercare staff showed great compassion and sensitivity.
Eventually, I told everyone at work about my procedure, and they were impressed at how rejuvenated and natural my appearance was. I told my female friends that I would encourage them to investigate Lifestyle Lift, and that I was glad I did it.
