Three years ago my life was turned upside down. I had owned my own company for 35 years and almost overnight found myself in a position to have to go back to work. I was stunned, but that didn't change circumstances. When I started going back out into the work force I quickly realized that my appearance was going to make a huge difference. Whether I liked it or not and rather it was fair or not, I was not going to be a very good competitor in the sales field while looking my age...66 years old.
I decided there was a lot of future yet and this was a new season in life, so I needed to make decisions accordingly. After talking with Dr. Woods and Patty,in Phoenix, AZ., I knew immediately this was what I needed to arrange to have happen - Even though I still have a lot of energy and will do what I need to do, I needed to look more energitic. I needed to look youthful to try and rebuild a new future.
I most say I was pleasantly surprised at how painless the procedure and recovery was for me...not at all what I expected (I expected much worse). I wasn't druggeded out on pain pills (took only one and then the second day 2 tylenol...that's it) and the second day played cards with my grandkids (I won!)
Sometimes in life we have to create our own opportunities. I am so now aware of the difference this prodedure has made. I love not having a saggin and bagging chin and neck. I have some friends that call me 'Baby Face', my face and skin are so smooth and firm.
Would I do it again? You bet!!! To feel confident in appearance, complimented in my decision, and comfortable for this new season of life is a huge gift in life!
Thank you Dr. Woods and Patty!!! (By the way, I talked with Dr. Woods and Patty during the procedure but had absolutely no pain...now that'w a win-win situation in the medical field).

Too many contradictions...
When you are first interviewed and you tell them exactly what you want done, you are told and shown in a mirror, what you can expect your results to be. (Later, when the doctor interviews you, he/she will tell you to "not have any expectations".)
For my actual surgery, I was told to expect some "pinpricks" when the anesthetic was administered. That 5-7 minute process (felt longer) was so painful I not only cried I prayed that I would pass out so I wouldn't feel it any longer. The actual surgery went fine.
At my 30 day follow-up, I still had some bruising and numbness and was told it would go away. Well, my surgery was 5/6/11 and today is 11/14/11 and although the bruising has gone away, the numbness has not. Also, when I first wake up in the morning, both sides of my lower face feel like the skin is tearing into pieces. After about 10-15 minutes that tearing sensation goes away but I remain numb. Hopefully that numb feeling will go away sometime before I die.

With any procedure there will always be some aprehension.Dr.Desvigne and his very experienced staff explained every step in detail and encouraged questions.I left my consultation very knowledgable and really looking forward to D-Day!
I followed all the post-op advice and my recovery time was very quick and trouble free.
I love how I look now and feel as though I have really turned the clock back.

I delayed my decision for awhile, because it was a little scary. But afterwards, I wondered why did I wait? The staff at the center were absolutely knowledgeable in all the questions that I had. Dr. Robledo was able to make me feel relaxed and comfortable about the procedure after a detailed explanation. There was very little discomfort during the procedure. I went in a tired, older, 72 year old, and came out a very much younger looking person. All the deep wrinkles in my cheeks were gone, and my skin is rejuvenating daily.
