I have seen Life Style Lift commercials for about six years and I decided to make an appointment. I was sent to your Chicago(Schaumburg),IL office and I was so pleased to meet so many wonderful staff members. I had a great experience!
There is so many people to thank: the staff that went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed prior my face lift. The best counselor, Dana, that was so professional and charming. Dana helped me make financial arrangements and recommended Dr. Bazell. Wow I was so happy with her decision.
The day I met Dr. Bazell, I immediately knew I had the right surgeon and he was so calm and assuring. The day of my surgery he was very supportive and his technical expertise gave the wonderful results. I can't say enough on how happy I am because of his skills. He made me feel like I was twenty years younger.
I am going for my laser surgery on the 23rd of January, 2012, and I am very excited to see more positive results.
If any person out there is wondering,"Is Life Style Lift for me?" The answer is definitely yes. Thank you for all your services and making me feel like a million dollars. It is so nice to look in the mirror again. Try it, you will like it!

Before committing to Dr Keni I consulted other practitioners in Chicago, including one very pricey one at Water Tower Place, but was never comfortable with the general lack of genuine caring and the constant emphasis on my ability to pay the fees. I am an licensed esthetician and Dr Keni was later recommended to me by my client, who was very pleased with her facial results at Lifestyle Lift. My husband and I made an appointment and were made very comfortable. All questions and concerns were competently and carefully answered, what to expect was outlined in detail, preparation for the procedures left nothing in doubt, and the charges to expect were professionally presented. My husband was however shocked by my appearance just after the surgery. Although appearances improved quickly, he could have been better advised on what he would see. His constant caring for my healing for the week or two after was crucial. I would not recommend these procedures to anyone unless such follow up care is assured at home. We later came by the office, unannounced,with needs and questions, and were always welcomed and taken good care of. Healing was rapid and trouble free as every eventuality had been forseen and provided for by Dr Keni and Staff, who always showed sincere concern for our well being. I recommend Dr Keni and his fine staff without reservation.

I would like to take this opportunity to express my profound gratitude to Dr. Robert Kagan and the entire staff at Lifestyle Lift in Schaumburg, Illinois. From the first day I walked in, I was treated with care, concern and respect. The entire staff made a point of interacting with me, reassuring me, and just plain smiling at me! That was never a moment that I did not feel well taken care of. When I met Dr. Kagan, I knew I was in the best of hands. Every question I might have had was anticipated and answered carefully and completely. Both Dr. Kagan and the staff were professional but never judgmental or condescending. And everyone genuinely seemed to enjoy bringing such a wonderful procedure to patients. Their happiness and joy at seeing my results was beyond belief!
